What size betting bank will I need?

Bob recommends a bank of £1,000.

When will my free trial start?

Your 4 week free trial will start on the first Monday after you have registered with the service, providing that your application has been processed in time. If not, you may have to wait until the following Monday. 

You will be notified as to your start date.

How will I access Bob's tips?

Bob will send you his tips by email usually between 11am and 2pm each day. You will need to be able to keep a constant check on your emails and act quickly when the tip comes in.

Why do I need to act quickly?

Prices can change fast and if you do not get your bet on quickly you may not get the best price.  Bob's profit points system is based on the price given in his email.

Can Bob send me the tips by text to my mobile?

When your trial period is over, you can receive Bob's tips by text as well as email, and there will be a charge of an additional £1 per point profit for this service, meaning that the total charge will be £2 per point profit.  You will be offered this option at the end of your trial period.

What happens after my 4 weeks free trial?

You will be contacted towards the end of the trial period to ask if you wish to continue with the service.  Simply let us know whether you wish to continue.

What happens if I miss one of the bets or don't follow Bob's staking recommendation?

The commission charged each week is based on the tips given out by Bob, the prices he quotes, and the points he recommends.  If you do not get a bet on for any reason, or do not get the price quoted, you will still be charged.

What happens if I am away on holiday or have to go into hospital?

Let us know in advance and we will suspend your service while you are away.

Can I contact Bob's office?

Yes, contact details will be sent to you with your joining information.

Why is there no joining fee or monthly subscription to pay?

Bob is putting his money where his mouth is and only charging clients when they have made money!  He is prepared to do this because he is totally confident in his system.

How does the invoicing work?

The racing week will run from Monday to Sunday.  You will receive by email Bob's "Weekly Update", usually on Monday or Tuesday, analysing events during the past week and showing the total profit points achieved each week. 

You will be invoiced weekly at £1 per profit point if you are receiving the email service, or £2 per profit point if you are receiving the email and text services. 

The profit points system takes into account any losses and these are carried forward.  So if, for example, a week ends with a negative points total (e.g. 3 points down), there would be nothing to pay that week, and the following week would start on -3 (minus 3) points.

The invoice amount will be notified to you by Prime Source Products by email and you must settle your invoice without fail within 48 hours of it being sent.  If you do not do so, no further tips will be sent to you.

You can settle your invoice via Paypal or you may lodge your debit or credit card details with Prime Source Products and send your authorisation each week by email for your card to be debited with the specified amount.
